HVEC's Frank Lessa (left) and Peter Bell were the headliners at the Bryant Gardens Energy Fair Picnic in White Plains, NY. The Fair, which was held at the Playground on Bryant Crescent, launched the cooperative housing development's two-year plan to reduce energy overall consumption by 20%. Also participating in the Fair were the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and Con Edison.
